You will be able to use your knowledge and experience within the Landscape Gardening or construction industry to really make a difference.

We expect you to have:-

Proven previous experience in managing and developing a team.
Commanding landscaping or construction knowledge and design experience.
IT literate, able to use bespoke landscaping software for producing quotations and customer communication.
Ability to read, measure and quantify garden design plans.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the whole design and build process.
Sound general horticultural knowledge.
A positive dynamic influence on your team in order to get the best from them.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Working primarily with our site build teams and designers you will need to show the following attributes:

General

Strategy and leadership.
Setting performance targets.
Analysis and improvement of performance data.
Assisting the Managing Director with the recruitment of new team members.
Driving training schedules and team development.
1-2-1’s and appraisals.
Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish of projects.
Negotiate best material rates with suppliers.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained.

Site

Fine-tuning and updating procedures.
Ensuring that the Team Leader and Project manager order all materials on time.
Completing work schedules for the site teams.
Ensuring that the site teams work efficiently and smoothly on site.
To assist project manager with overall delivery of each project by offering technical support.
Oversee the management of site tools and machinery and their regular maintenance.

Design

Ensuring that customers are regularly updated and informed throughout the process.
Help to keep the designs on budget.
Ensure that KPI’s are met.
Signing off designs and costs prior to presenting to customers.
Giving advice on design details and construction.
