Matt Haddon Gardens is a multi-award winning garden design studio, based in Yorkshire, creating contemporary gardens, naturalistically planted, where people and wildlife coexist.

We have an exciting opportunity for a designer to join our rapidly growing studio and so we are looking for enthusiastic candidates who will help our clients to realise their dream gardens.

This is a part-time freelance role 2 days a week with the potential for both extra hours and for the role to become part- or full-time on salary - open for discussion with the right candidate.

We are looking for the following skills:

Garden Design training.
Excellent Vectorworks skills to produce 2D plans and 3D visuals (or SketchUp for 3D). Some familiarity with Photoshop is ideal but not essential.
Able to produce detailed designs, including sections and elevations, for both hard and soft landscaping, as well as associated schedules and specifications.
Able to work effectively as an individual and as part of a small team.
Able to work to tight deadlines and manage your own workload.
You will be eligible to work in the UK and be fluent in spoken and written English.
Able to provide two references if required.

We are based in East Yorkshire and work across Yorkshire and the UK and so would be looking for you to work remotely, with daily Zoom updates, at this time.
