DESCRIPTION:In order to aid the SGD’s Pre-Registered Members through the adjudication journey\, the SGD Council and Adjudication Committee are running a series of Core CPD sessions through 2023. These sessions will take place via Zoom and be delivered by members of the adjudication committee.\n\nThe course details are below:\n\nTitle: Client Brief and Designer Contract Documentation\n\nHost: Emma Mazzullo FSGD\n\nDate: Wednesday 8th February\n\nTimes: 1.00pm - 5.15pm (with a 15 minute comfort break)\n\nNumbers: Maximum 20\n\nTarget audience: Principally for Pre-Registered members. Please note this course is not available to Registered members\, friends or students in the first instance but if you would like adding to the wait list please contact the office by emailing info@sgd.org.uk\n\nThis course will cover the following areas:\n\nThe general principles of the Client Brief\n\nAgreeing the Client Brief and reviewing practical needs & constraints\n\nDesigner contract documentation\n\nDesign contracts and fee proposals\n\nTerms of Engagement including JCLI contracts\n\nThe numbers for this course are limited to 20 but we will be running additional courses in 2023 so if you are not available for this date or the event is fully booked then please email info@sgd.org.uk and ask to be placed on the waiting list for the ‘Client Brief Core CPD event’.\n\nPlease note that this session will not be recorded but you will have access to the presentation documentation after the event.\n\n
