Garden Designer/Landscape Architect

Richard Miers Garden Design Ltd is looking for a London based, full- time, Landscape Architect or experienced Garden Designer to join its thriving and exciting practice.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant, busy and supportive team and work on a variety of exciting projects both in and out of London and overseas.

Essential skills and attributes:

Qualification in Landscape Architecture or equivalent professional experience working in a landscape design studio
Proven project and client management skills
Excellent plant knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Sketchup, Vectorworks and Microsoft Office. Other IT programmes are useful but not essential
Committed, organised and willing to work across a range of projects simultaneously.
Highly commercial
A self starter with an ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
Willingness to get involved in and manage the detail as well as the creative process
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to multiple deadlines
Eligibility to work in the UK and Europe and possession of any relevant visas.
