Assistant Landscape Designer / Operative

We are hiring an assistant landscape designer / operative.

A hybrid role that involves assisting on landscape design projects and the implementation / management of schemes on site.

Design Responsibilities:

• Assisting on landscape design projects
• Attending client meetings with the landscape designers
• Developing 2D / 3D plans & moodboards
• Producing planting plans
• Support with administrations tasks

Site Responsibilities:

• Implementing soft landscaping projects on site
• Preparing tenders, managing logistics and implementation through to completion
• Producing bills of quantities
• Completing work schedules and manging others on site
• Liaising with clients and suppliers

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Vectorworks Landmark
• Experience working on site installing large scale planting schemes
• Good horticultural knowledge
• Good construction knowledge
• Excellent communication and planning
