Would you like to get a better understanding of CDM (Construction, Design and Management) Regulations and how it relates to your garden design and construction projects? This 1/2 day course aims to provide you with a full understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations and how they have changed.
Rhino Safety have been working in partnership with local garden designers to develop a bespoke professional development training course that will provide landscape designers an overview into their responsibilities under these CDM regulations. This course has been developed to ensure that you can return to your professional setting with a clear understanding of:
- Why your work is classed as ‘construction’
- What your legal responsibilities are under the CDM regulations
- The difference between ‘domestic’ and ‘commercial’ projects
- Documents, and their contents, that are required under the CDM regulations
The course aims to both provide information and also encourage questions to help ensure that all participants can develop a clear understanding of the CDM regulations.
Target audience: This course is suitable for new and practicing garden designers.
Programme: 10.00am start. Finish approx 1.00pm
